$17,200 for Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides

100 Women Who Care Kawartha Lakes was excited to present the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides with the donations from our February 2020 meeting. Together we raised $17,200 (a late donation was received) to support residents in Kawartha Lakes who are currently waiting for a Dog Guide.

Larry and his service dog Frieda were on hand to share the impact that Frieda has made in his life. Your contribution will improve the quality of life for a local resident, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year- pretty amazing!
