We are excited to bring you another virtual meeting!
Nominations are open. Now is your chance to nominate your favourite charity. Nominations will be open until February 22, 2021. Members in good standing can submit their nomination online .
How it works…
Watch for an email with details on how to vote and to view each organization’s written presentation by March 6.
Donations of $50 or $100 per individual or team.
Etransfers are preferred. Please reach out to make arrangements for donations by cheque, if necessary. No cash can be accepted at this time.
An email will be sent out to all members. Members who are able to donate will respond with their vote in the subject line. The vote will be recorded once the donation is received. *Votes will only be viewed by the executive and will not be shared
Results will be posted March 13, once all donations are received.
The chosen charity will become eligible for nomination again in 12 months time.
IMPORTANT DATES
February 22- Deadline for nominations to be submitted
February 26- Three charities will be randomly drawn and posted on the website and through a Facebook post
March 6- Written charity submissions will be posted on the website for the membership to review
March 9- Voting closes at 8pm. Donation must be received be received before 8pm for your vote to count.
March 13- results will be announced once all donations have been received
