Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. and can be busy, so try to arrive as close to 6:30 as you can. Meeting to start promptly at 7:00 p.m. and end no later than 8:00 p.m. A cash bar will be available and members are welcome to stay after the meeting to meet and mingle.
Members are expected to bring $100 cash or cheque to each meeting. If you are paying by cash, please bring the correct amount as we do not have change. Please do not fill anything in the "Payee" line of a cheque as the recipient will be decided at our meeting. Cheques will always be dated on the same date as the meeting.
Can't Make It to the Meeting?
Don't worry. As a member, you are still entitled to your vote even if you can't be there. You can give another member the authority to vote on your behalf as long as they have your donation for $100 at the beginning of the meeting. You can also ask a member of the Executive to vote for you. Either way, please make sure you get your donation to us by the meeting date. Donations can be dropped off in cash, cheque, or you can e-transfer to an Executive member.
